NEUFORM History

 

Founded in 1990 as NEUFORM Kunststofftechnik. The first product is a 5-blade propeller for ultra-light aircraft. Right from the beginning it is the supreme production quality, together with the high performance of the propellers, that attract widespread attention. It quickly transpires that the expertise for the production of propellers made from composite material can be applied to other fields as well.

Specifically the development of composite parts or professional applications within the motor sport industry becomes increasingly important at lightning speed, together with the steadily rising production of propellers. 1997, the company moves to the current spacious premises. 2000, NEUFORM COMPOSITES GMBH & CO. KG. Is founded.

2001, NEUFORM launch their first in-flight adjustable pitch propeller, which is, in its R2 version, since 2003 still produced and delivered in ever-increasing numbers all over the world.

In the same year, the first autoclave is put into operation, an installation indispensable for the production of high-end fibre composite parts, followed by the first carbon parts for Formula 1. Three years later, a second autoclave is installed together with major rebuildings of the plant, including an expansion of the production area to twice its space.

Today, 15 staff members on roughly 1000 sqm produce, apart from propellers, high-end fibre composite parts for various industries, aviation and motor sports, up to Formula 1.
